Free Shipping
Wholesale orders that meet or exceed our minimum invoice amounts qualify for free shipping. Orders below the minimum will be charged according to our standard shipping rates:

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are separate from our product prices and shipping fees.
We cannot control or estimate these charges, and any customs fees must be paid to release your order. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Processing Time
Wholesale orders are usually processed within 3–14 business days. During peak periods, promotional events, or for orders including mugs, processing may take longer. We aim to ship all orders within 14 days.
